Lose those puffy eyes and dark circles!

Manual lymphatic drainage (for the whole body) is good if your lymph flow is sluggish.

Give your body a rest and cut out wheat, dairy, salt, sugar and alcohol for at least three weeks.

Eat as fresh food as possible as this will encourage cleansing of the body which allows all your organs to work more efficiently again, therefore draining of toxins will be more effective.

Depending on your general health, carry out a one or two day internal body cleanse every so often, by doing this the body will be able to absorb minerals and vitamins more efficiently. Try to keep salt content to an absolute minimum as this retains fluid in the body.
