Pineapple, Blueberry & Watercress Juice

INGREDIENTS

  • One large pineapple (around 300/400g)
  • handful of blueberries
  • Bunch of watercress

This is a great juice, full of antioxidants and anti-aging properties.

 

Watercress
Should be eaten three or four times a week. They contain lots of potassium, are rich in sulphur compounds and contain Benzyl which is an effective antibiotic.

Blueberries
Contains phytonutrients, they decrease free radicals damage that is linked to aging and disease.

Pineapple
Is full of Vitamin C and potassium the best sources of anti-oxidants. Which boost your immunity but also help to keep your skin and body feel and look younger.

 

Cut up the pineapple and put into a juicer with the blueberries & watercress, blend everything together.
