Skin Booster Salad


Serves 1

  • Watercress
  • 1 spring onion  or clove of garlic
  • A handful of pumpkin seeds and or sunflower seeds
  • 1 table spoon olive oil
  • 1∕2 lemon
  • A pinch of sea salt and black pepper


Skin Booster Salad


This is a good accompaniment to most meals!

Watercress contains lots of potassium, is rich in sulphur compounds and has benzyl which is an effective antibiotic.


1  Put as much fresh watercress as you desire into a bowl with the chopped onion or garlic, pumpkin and/or sunflower seeds.

2  Dress with the olive oil, lemon juice, a pinch of sea salt and black pepper.
