Cancellations

We require 48 Hours Notice to cancel any appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur full payment. Our objective is to provide all our clients with the highest standards of care, therefore it is essential that this notice period is implemented to maintain an organised and productive booking procedure.

 

Mobile Phones

For the care and relaxation of yourself and other clients, please turn off your devices or switch them to silence mode whilst visiting the clinic.

 

Payment
Card payments will be accepted for purchase over £25 by any of the following methods:
Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Electron, Solo, Switch, Maestro.

*Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to security checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card.

We are the legal ownership of all merchandise until payment has been received by us.

 

Right To Refuse Service

Yvonne Martin London reserves the right to refuse any service to a client for improper conduct.

Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in the termination of service.

We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct or language.
